Fans              

   Traditional fans always provide a refreshing breeze, with or without humidity, and use much less energy than an air conditioner.

   No complications!!

   If your workshop isn’t very humid, you might want to consider an evaporative cooler—they provide greater cooling while using nearly the same amount of energy as a fan.
